Shipping Information
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states via UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Important Notes:
- Orders may be delivered in multiple packages.
- Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
- Orders over 150 lbs ship free to commercial addresses only.
- Residential customers must either:
- Pick up the order at a local freight terminal (within 50 miles), or
- Pay additional freight fees (Lift gate: $100, Remote/rural delivery: $150+).
- Orders over 1,600 sq. ft. will ship on pallets and require a commercial address with proper loading equipment.
Expedited Shipping
Next Day Shipping is available at an additional cost for orders within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on business days will ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.
- Not all products qualify for expedited shipping.
- Expedited shipping is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
Return Policy
To initiate a return, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#) is required. Please contact us at 352-445-2821 to request one.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- We will cover return shipping only if the product was defective or sent in error.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the return.
- We do not accept C.O.D. returns.
Order Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once placed unless approved by our team before shipment.
- If you ordered the wrong product, you may:
- Return the item (if eligible), or
- Place a new order.
Missing Packages
If you do not receive your package within 15 days of placing your order, please contact our Customer Service at 352-445-2821 for a replacement shipment.
